Using the new neoHub Gen 3 you can now expand an existing heating system to include radiators in a home. Using the same neoApp or existing home automation control, you can manage each radiator to compliment your comfort needs, save energy, and reduce the cost of heating your home.

**Smart Control Room by Room

Connecting to your boiler or hot water using the IMI Heatmiser RF Switch makes a conventional radiator system smart. Pairing with the neoHub Gen 3, and having the RF Switch added to your system by an installer means each radiator is not only fully programmable but can activate the boiler and warm up the room you want. Saving energy and reduce the cost of heating your home.

STAND ALONE & CONNECTED NEOHUB FUNCTIONALITY

Stand-alone functions without neoHub

neoFlo can operate independently without the neoHub, providing essential heating control right from installation. The only requirement is calibrating the radiator valve, ensuring a quick and simple setup. This allows a valve to be set up immediately without relying on network availability.

Manual mode Users can manually adjust the room temperature by pressing the button to activate the display. When display is activated turn the wheel to select the desired setpoint. The chosen temperature remains active until changed again or overridden by another mode.
Open window detection – Save energy automatically If the room temperature drops sharply (>2°C in 2 minutes), neoFlo closes the valve for 30 minutes to prevent unnecessary heating. The open window icon appears on the display, and after 30 minutes, the system returns to the previous mode (Auto or Manual). Settings can be adjusted via the IMI Heatmiser neoApp.
Simple time scheduling – Effi­cient heating You can set up to four daily heating periods with different temperatures directly on the neoFlo. This feature helps reduce energy consumption before connecting to neoHub for more advanced scheduling.
Boost mode – Quick heating when needed Activating Boost mode fully opens the valve for 30 minutes, rapidly warming the room. A countdown appears on the display, and after 30 minutes, the system reverts to the programmed schedule. Users can cancel the Boost early by pressing the pair button.
Frost protection – Prevent freezing pipes If the room temperature drops below 5°C, neoFlo automatically opens the valve to protect against freezing. The frost protection icon appears on the display.
Valve protection – Prevents limescale build-up To maintain performance, neoFlo runs an automatic valve exercise cycle once a month, preventing limescale deposits that could a­ffect operation.
Low battery indicator – Long-lasting power A low battery icon appears when the battery needs replacement. Thanks to hybrid technology, battery life lasts approximately 5 to 6 years.

Enhanced-functions with neoHub Gen3 and IMI Heatmiser neoApp

Connecting the neoFlo to the IMI Heatmiser neoApp via the Gen 3 neoHub enables full remote control and access to advanced settings. Users can adjust temperatures either through the app or directly on the neoFlo, with instant synchronisation between the two.

Auto mode – Smart heating schedule The neoFlo follows a heating profile based on predefined schedules. By default 5/2 mode (Mo–Fr/Sa–Su):

Mo-Fr: 7:00 – 21°C 9:00 – 16°C 16:00 – 21°C 22:00 – 16°C

Sa-Su: 9:00 – 21°C 22:00 – 16°C

You can modify these settings only through the neoApp. Manual adjustments on the neoFlo remain active only until the next scheduled temperature change. Temperature adjustments range from 5°C to 30°C, in 0.5°C increments.

Holiday mode – Energy saving when away You can set Holiday Mode via the IMI Heatmiser neoApp, switching all devices to frost protection until a specified return date.

If needed, heating can be temporarily activated for 1 hour directly on the neoFlo.

Adaptive thermal balancing – Even heat distribution Proper balancing ensures all radiators receive the right flow, improving energy efficiency and comfort. The neoFlo can be mounted on existing radiator valves and automatically adjusts flow to prevent uneven heating. In simple systems, thermal balancing may be sufficient, but for optimised performance, IMI Heimeier valves offer balancing solutions with static V-exact II and dynamic Eclipse TRV’s.
Boost mode – Quick heating on demand Need fast heating Boost Mode fully opens the valve for 30 minutes, increasing room temperature quickly. After 30 minutes the system returns to the previous mode. You can cancel Boost mode early by pressing the pair button.
Temperature hold – Temporary adjustments Users can set a specific temperature for a chosen duration outside the normal schedule. Once the hold time expires, the system reverts to the previous schedule or set temperature.
Open window detection – Customisable sensitivity The IMI Heimeier neoApp allows you to adjust the sensitivity level (Low, Medium, or High) and the duration for which the valve remains closed after detecting an open window.
Pre-heat – Ensuring comfort on schedule With Pre-Heat mode, the neoFlo starts heating before the scheduled time, ensuring the desired temperature is reached exactly when needed.
Offset temperature – Fine-tune room comfort neoFlo measures temperature at the radiator and actual room temperature may vary. You can apply a temperature offset in a range of ±5K to correct this. For example, if 20°C is set, but the room only reaches 18°C, an offset of -2°C can be applied.

The default offset is 0°C in the IMI Heatmiser neoApp.
