1. Promoter

The promoter of the IMI Heatmiser Free Prize Draw Giveaway is:

Heatmiser UK Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 03747773 whose registered office is at Units 1-5 Hurstwood Court, Mercer Way, Blackburn, England, BB1 2QU (the “Promoter”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to two separate free prize draws (each a “Prize Draw” and together, the “Prize Draws”) operated by the Promoter. By entering a Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The first prize draw is the Scratchcard Prize Draw, in which eligible participants will receive a scratchcard with the chance to win an instant prize.

The second prize draw is the Project Bundle Prize Draw, which is open only to individuals who win a prize in the Scratchcard Prize Draw and meet the additional eligibility requirements set out below.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Prize Draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draws are not eligible to enter.

2.3. By taking part in the Prize Draws, participants confirm they meet these eligibility criteria.

3. How to Enter

3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter, or to win in, the Prize Draws.

3.2. To enter the Scratchcard Prize Draw, collect a promotional scratchcard from the Promoter at the Installer Show 2025 and scratch the designated panel to reveal if you are a winner.

3.3. To enter the Project Bundle Prize Draw, entrants must insert their contact details in the designated panel on their winning scratchcard before the scratchcard is returned to the Promoter to claim a prize in the Scratchcard Prize Draw.

3.4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, or late will not be accepted.

4. Entry Period

4.1. The Scratchcard Prize Draw runs from 10am on 24 June to 5pm on 26 June 2025 or while supplies of the promotional scratchcards last.

4.2. The Project Bundle Prize Draw runs from 10am on 24 June to 5pm on 26 June 2025.

5. Prizes for the Scratchcard Prize Draw

5.1. For each winning scratchcard, the winner will receive one prize according to the prize allocation on the winning scratchcard. The prizes available in the Scratchcard Prize Draw include:

· IMI Heatmiser Smart Thermostatic Radiator Head bundles (x3 neoFlo, x1 neoHub Gen3)

· IMI Heatmiser headlamps

· IMI Heatmiser water travel bottles

· IMI Heatmiser thermal mugs

· IMI Heatmiser premium thermo mugs

· IMI Heatmiser kneepads

5.2. The odds of winning vary depending on the number of scratchcards printed and the distribution of winning cards.

5.3. No cash alternative is available for any prize.

5.4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Claiming a Prize in the Scratchcard Prize Draw

6.1. To claim a prize, follow the instructions on the winning scratchcard.

6.2. All claims must be received by 5pm on 26 June 2025.

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of winners.

7. Project Bundle Prize Draw

7.1. The prize available in the Project Bundle Prize Draw is a project bundle of IMI Heatmiser products up to the value of £1,000 (One thousand pounds only) based on the current recommended retail price (including VAT) listed on the IMI Heatmiser website (Room Thermostats for Underfloor Heating Controls – Heatmiser) at the time the winner is selected.

7.2. By entering into the Project Bundle Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the prize is subject to the winner submitting a suitable installation project proposal to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified that they have been selected as a winner. The project must meet the Promoter’s criteria, which includes alignment with brand values and appropriate use of products. The Promoter will determine suitability at its sole discretion.

7.3. The winner of the Project Bundle Prize Draw will be selected at random in a fair and unbiased manner from all eligible entries received by 5pm on 26 June 2025. The draw will be conducted either by an independent person or under the supervision of an independent observer.

7.4. The winner of the Project Bundle Prize Draw will be notified by the Promoter via email or telephone (depending on the contact details provided to the Promoter by participants) by 5pm on 4 July 2025.

7.5. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or if the proposed project does not meet the Promoter’s criteria, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.6. The chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

8. Restrictions

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries to the Prize Draws suspected of tampering, forgery, or fraud. Scratchcards that are damaged, defaced, altered or illegible will be void.

8.2. Lost or stolen scratchcards cannot be replaced.

8.3. Scratchcards must be presented in their original physical form to the Promoter, photocopies or images will not be accepted.

9. Data Protection

9.1. The personal data of participants will be used for the purpose of administering the Prize Draws or as otherwise permitted by law, or with the consent of participants.

9.2. Where consent is provider, winners’ names and images may be published on the Promoter’s digital properties and social media sites.

10. General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or cancel the Prize Draws at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond its control.

10.2. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.3. The Prize Draws are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

10.4. By entering the Prize Draws, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
