The IMI team brought a bold new look and an expanded portfolio of enhanced smart climate control products to the bustling halls of InstallerSHOW at Birmingham NEC in late June.
The newly defined IMI Climate Control sector now unites five specialist brands – including IMI Heatmiser – to deliver intelligent, integrated heating control solutions for every type of building.
Premiering its striking new branding, IMI showcased the latest innovations such as the IMI Heatmiser neo smart control system, alongside flagship products from across its Climate Control portfolio – delivering smart control and hydronic solutions for every type of residential project and property.
Leading the line-up on the stand was neoFlo, the new smart radiator head from IMI Heatmiser. Designed in response to strong demand from homeowners, neoFlo will deliver precision digital control for radiator systems—either as a standalone upgrade or in combination with underfloor heating for complete whole-home management.
neoFlo exemplifies the core strength of IMI Heatmiser—cutting-edge control, intuitive user experience, and technical support that stands apart. Building on a legacy of trusted innovation, it bridges the gap between traditional systems and the expectations of today’s connected homes, and will be available in the Autumn.
The message from installers visiting the stand was a strong one “this is what we have been waiting for!”
The team presented the IMI Heatmiser Neo smart control system which is designed to enable installers to tailor smart heating setups around each homeowner’s needs.
New enhancements on show at InstallerSHOW also included the neoAir V4 with extended range and enhanced battery life and the next-generation neoHub Gen 3.
Connecting all devices in a home through a single wireless system via the broadband router, the neoHub Gen 3 introduces improved signal range, simplified NFC pairing, and a new 9V DC power supply for better compatibility across homes.
For larger mixed-use buildings and commercial applications, the new IMI Pneumatex Zeparo Cyclone Max also featured, a high-performance dirt separator that uses cyclonic technology to remove up to 95% of debris in a single pass. These features support system longevity and maximises energy efficiency at any flow rate.
More than 30,000 visitors attended InstallerSHOW across three days, with hundreds of people taking part in the on-stand prize draw offering a top prize of an IMI Heatmiser product bundle with a value of £1,000.00, three new neoFlo thermostats and a neoHub G3.
Marc Robertson, managing director at IMI Heatmiser:
