Further to the advice from the Prime Minister, we have substantially reduced the staff levels within our production/sales office and are ensuring social distancing measures are enforced. We continue to despatch orders at this time and our support and accounts teams are remote working.

We will continue to update here as the situation progresses.

Firstly we would like to send our thoughts to those families affected by this worldwide devastating event. As a company we work closely with our team in China and whilst the disruption has been extensive we are so very grateful that everyone in our facility is safe.

Here in the UK we have already made changes to the way we work, stepping up the cleaning of our offices, home working wherever possible and ensuring social distancing is observed. We all have a part to play in getting through this difficult period.

We want to reassure you that we are open for business, stock levels are so far unaffected and our technical support team are on-hand should you need us.

As you would expect, we are acting quickly whenever the Government advice changes in order to protect the safety of our team and our customers and will update here as things change.
